I cannot launch the Creators' App. Or, it is not possible to connect to the camera.

For Android

In Android, select [Settings] → [Apps] → [Creators' App] → [Permissions] and allow access to relevant items such as media and location.

• If a [Use precise location] item is listed, turn it on.
• The menu structure and naming may be different, depending on your device.

For iOS

In the case that the iPhone/iPad is in this state, configure as follows in [Settings] → [Creators' App] on the iPhone/iPad.

• Location Information: Turn "Precise location information" on.
• Photos: All photos
• Local network: On
