[Could not connect.] is displayed on the iPhone/iPad and cannot be connected.
If this message appears when you are trying to connect to Creators' App after updating the system software of your camera, restart your iPhone/iPad (turn the power off and then turn it on again). Then, follow the instructions in "If you did not set up a connection initially" and start connection from the camera's menu.
