    [Could not connect.] is displayed on the iPhone/iPad and cannot be connected.

    If this message appears when you are trying to connect to Creators' App after updating the system software of your camera, restart your iPhone/iPad (turn the power off and then turn it on again). Then, follow the instructions in "If you did not set up a connection initially" and start connection from the camera's menu.

    • If you were using Imaging Edge Mobile before the system software update, update Imaging Edge Mobile to Ver. 7.7.2 or later. (The icon after the update will be Imaging Edge Mobile logo)
