ITVX can be found in the Sony select row, Sony select app and on the Youview player's page. Also, it requires a digital aerial to be available on the TV.

2 years completely dead

Only just two years, and it has died, not what I’d expect when paying half a months wage for a tv! Because I can’t find the receipt I can’t use the warranty, even though the date on the back of the TV is within the warranty period. I’ve taken it to an independent tv repair specialist and they said it needs an update, because the “auto update” was on the tv needs to be on the do the update- that’s why it won’t turn on- if I could score a 0* I would! I’ve always had Sony- even enquired directly and no one even acknowledged my email. Don’t waste your time with Sony such a waste of money…

Good picture, sluggish software, average sound.

I wouldn’t buy one of these TVs again because I object to having to have a google account in order to use it. The software is a bit slow and occasionally the whole thing crashes and has to be unplugged to reset. The sound output is average but I would recommend some form of sound bar. Apple airplay works unrleliably.

Trouble from beginning

This TV is is very nice picture quality and sound. You don't need another soundbar. The GoogleTV is not a good app, and I like older Sony TVs when there was to Google. Also, the power supply had to be replaced and cost me $135 to repair it. But it was worth it, as TV is really good.

I bought it in Oct 2020 and I cannot believe that this expensive television has dies on me (completely) within 2-years of purchase. I was certainly expecting more from a quality brand such as Sony. If a product is not going to last for 2-years, I may well go cheap and cheerful next time and plan to replace when it breaks. Disappointed.

Android TV c'était bien avant mais maintenant...

Je possède une Android TV Bravia 4K UR3 depuis un peu plus de 2 ans. Depuis environ 2 a 3 semaines, l'intégration avec les services vocaux de Google ne fonctionne plus correctement. Avant je disais à mon Google Nest hub "allume (ou "eteinds") la télévision" et l'action était exécutée immédiatement. . CDésormais la même phrase donne la réponse suivante "excusez moi je ne sais pas quel appareil 'la television' vous voulez éteindre". Pour que ça fonctionne il faut désormais dire "eteinds Bravia 4K UR3" . Ça n'a pas de sens. Nous (oui parce que je ne suis apparemment pas le seul dans ce cas) nous débattons depuis près de 15 jours avec le support de Google. Ce dernier de conclure nos requêtes en nous disant que l'intégration avec la plateforme de Google relève des partenaires et qu'il faut débrouiller avec eux. Je m'adresse donc ici à SONY espérant qu'ils puissent aider leur client face à un Google méprisant qui n'assume aucune responsabilité. Sony, s'il vous plaît, faites mieux que Google et rendez cet echo system fonctionnel de nouveau. Merci

The product is ok for a 2020 TV. My only concern is that I could not register device via Bluetooth on the system. As such, I could not connect my Sony sound bar via, I had to do it via the HMDI connect. Hence the 3 star ratings. Aside from this, all other stuffs worked as expected.

One month ago we bought the SAME TV from Sony in 43 inch. So, for our country house, we bought exactly the same TV but in 49 inch. It would be exactly the same right? Wrong. They did not include the type of Bluetooth youneed for a Soundbar or headphones. Thanks a lot Sony. It was too late to change because we already had mounted the TV and installed the LED lights on the back. Why would they leave out the Bluetooth tech?

Great quality tv

Had this as my old Sony was still under warranty and it was beyond repair so Sony replaced it worh this TV. Its got everything on it I need and it a great TV. Thank you Sony.

Pas compatible avec casque bluetooth sony wh-1000x

Le produit est bon pour la fonction TV android mais n'est pas compatible avec un casque bluetooth sony wh-1000xm3 et ne prend pas en charge les casques sans fil de manière général. Avec un casque filaire branché sur la sortie audio le son des haut parleur de la TV ne peuvent plus fonctionner à moins de débrancher le casque et comme la prise se situe à l'arrière de la TV et que la TV offre la possibilité d'être fixée sur un mur, il n'y a plus d'accès pour le débrancher.....c'est dommage.

Étalonnage des couleurs superbe

J'ai acheté ce téléviseur au mois de septembre 2021 . Très heureux de la qualité de l'image Sony, un étalonnage des couleurs parfait à la sortie du carton, vraiment aucun réglage à faire . Rien à dire niveau qualité sonore , ce téléviseur gère le dolby atmos parfaitement bien.
